That robotic, British accented voice had been haunting me ever since I'd bought this ship four years earlier. I still regret to this day how stupid I'd been; spending all my money on weaponry seemed like a good idea at first, but when it came to getting a personality chip for the onboard computer, I had so few credits left that I was forced to buy the cheapest one I could find. Now I was stuck with this incredibly aggressive, annoying voice that woke me that same way every goddamn morning.
